Day 12

I wake up to a beautiful Sunday and discuss my progress with editing videos and podcasts. I also share my experiences with various online scams, warning listeners to be cautious.

Additionally, I talk about the issues I'm encountering with my Facebook accounts and business pages.

In Day 12,

A Sunday of Productivity and Online Scams

I woke up this Sunday to a stunning blue sky, a perfect start to the day. I've been busy lately, working on episode 13 and catching up on editing. The good news is that I've finished editing the audio for podcast episode 11 and created new thumbnails to make the episodes easier to spot. The video version is also ready to go; the HD file has been exported, checked for copyright, and uploaded to YouTube.

Below is my runway show ranking, one of the videos I was working on. So you could have a look.

While the video processes, I'm taking a moment to enjoy some tea before heading out for a walk.

However, my online experiences haven't all been positive. I've encountered a barrage of spam on Instagram, with scammers using increasingly sophisticated techniques to try and trick users into clicking on malicious links.

I want to share a couple of specific incidents to illustrate how prevalent and convincing these scams can be. First, I was targeted by a fake job offer on WhatsApp, where the scammer tried to get me to share my account credentials. Then, I received a call from someone impersonating a representative from the Court of Justice, attempting to extract money by claiming I owed a fine. These experiences highlight the importance of vigilance in the digital age.

Therefore, I urge everyone to exercise caution online, especially with emails. Always double-check the sender's email domain to ensure it's legitimate.

In addition to these security concerns, I'm also dealing with some frustrating issues related to my Facebook accounts. I've lost access to my advertisement account and have limited control over my business portfolio, which is hindering my ability to manage my online presence effectively.

Despite these challenges, I remain committed to creating content and connecting with you all.

Thank you for listening,

and please stay safe online!
